The City of Omaha and private donors have come together to commit to covering $1,269,000 of this project. The commitment they've asked the Grow Pickleball Omaha community to fund as part of the overall project is $31,000.

Indoor sites will likely be a lease of an existing site. Conversions to make the space useable will likely run between $500k-$1.5M.
The good news is that the conversion of an old retail store or distribution type facility is common and usually more than enough space for a good amount of courts.
